We are pleased to inform that company has got final approval for revocation of suspension of trading in equity shares of ICDS Ltd, with effect from 2nd July, 2021 vide BSE Circular Ref.No.20210625-13 dated 25/06/2021 and NSE Circular Ref.No. 0675/2021 dated 25th Jun3, 2021. Copy of the Circulars issued by the stock exchanges are appended herewith for reference of all the stakeholders including Promoters and public in general.
